REFUND POLICY Last updated: September 14, 2026

Aurora Studio is standalone software sold as a one-time lifetime license and delivered digitally. Please read this policy before purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Purchases of Aurora Studio are not refundable. This is not a formality; it follows from how the product works:

  1. Delivery is immediate and complete. Your license key and the full software download are delivered by email (on launch day for presale orders, within minutes of checkout after launch). Unlike a physical product, a delivered digital license cannot be returned: once issued, it cannot be "sent back."

  2. Your license is bound to your machine. On first activation, your license key is cryptographically tied to your computer's unique hardware identifier. This is what makes your license permanently yours, lets the software run fully offline with no account and no ongoing checks, and prevents keys from being shared, resold, or pirated. It also means an activated license cannot be unbound, reissued to another person, or restocked. A refunded key would be a dead key that still unlocked the software forever on your machine, which is why activation and refundability cannot coexist in an offline product.

BUY WITH YOUR EYES OPEN Because sales are final, we work hard to show you exactly what you are buying before you pay:

  • Fourteen complete songs on aurorawave.io were made with the actual product, on one PC, with the network disconnected. Listen to all of them.
  • The software preview video on aurorawave.io is a real, uncut session of the actual product.
  • Minimum and recommended system requirements are published on the site. Please verify your machine meets them before purchasing; hardware incompatibility is not grounds for a refund.
  • Any question we haven't answered on the page, ask us first at support@aurorawave.io or through the contact form. We would far rather answer ten questions before a purchase than have one unhappy customer after it.

SUPPORT DOES NOT END AT CHECKOUT No refunds does not mean no help. If anything about installation, activation, or generation isn't working, contact support@aurorawave.io with your order number. Lost keys and download links are re-sent free, forever. Moving to a new computer? We will move your license for you.
