SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Aurora Studio is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs, carriers, or tracking numbers. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Every purchase includes a lifetime Aurora Studio license. Delivery consists of an email containing your license key and a download link for the software installer, sent to the email address used at checkout.

PRESALE DELIVERY
Aurora Studio is currently in presale. Presale orders are delivered on launch day, September 20, 2026. On that day you will receive your license key and download link by email. No further action is needed after checkout: your spot is reserved the moment your order is placed, and the price you paid is locked.

If you have not received your delivery email by the end of September 20, 2026, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us and we will resend it promptly.

DELIVERY AFTER LAUNCH
For purchases made after September 20, 2026, your license key and download link are delivered by email shortly after checkout, typically within minutes. If your email has not arrived within one hour, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Delivery depends on a valid, accessible email address. Please double-check the email you enter at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us with your order number and we will redirect your delivery.

DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING
An internet connection is required once, to download the installer and the engine files (about 15 GB). After that one-time download and a one-time activation, Aurora Studio runs fully offline on your machine. System requirements are listed on our website: Windows 10 or 11, an NVIDIA RTX graphics card with 8 GB or more of VRAM, 16 GB of RAM and 25 GB of free disk space.

LOST ACCESS
If you ever lose your license key or download link, contact us with your order number or checkout email and we will resend them. Your lifetime license does not expire.
